We cover the entire spectrum of services related to shut-off and control devices for water and wastewater technology. We support planners, precast concrete plants, civil engineering companies, and operators from the initial technical clarification to installation drawings and technical elaborations, right up to on-site installation support. Upon request, we can also carry out the installation of the systems ourselves.

Development & Design

Project-specific designs: In addition to our standard products, we develop solutions for special installation situations, dimensions, and technical requirements. These adjustments range from modifying existing systems to complete new designs.
Hydraulic sizing:
For control penstocks, we determine the required throttle opening based on the desired discharge volume and the storage head to be applied upon request. The corresponding flow characteristic curve is included.
Structural sizing: For large penstocks, increased pressure loads, and special installation situations, we perform the necessary structural calculations and stress analyses. This allows even demanding applications to be designed safely and economically.

Technical Consulting & Project Planning

Technical application consulting:
We provide support in selecting the appropriate valve, installation type, and actuation. We develop suitable solution proposals based on tenders, drawings, or project data.
Support for installation and space constraints:
Especially for narrow shafts and existing structures, we assist in selecting suitable penstock and actuator solutions. We take into account available installation heights, entry openings, and the space required for actuators and drives.
Consulting on actuation and electric actuators:
We provide support in selecting suitable actuators, from T-keys to handwheel and gearbox solutions, up to electric actuators. Furthermore, we advise on position feedback, remote control technology, and connection to existing PLC and control systems.
Tender and planning support:
For planners and clients, we provide technical data, tender texts, and project-specific solution proposals. Upon request, we provide support as early as the initial project phases with design and product selection.
Technical documents for planning and approval:
We provide the necessary technical documents for approval, execution, and project documentation promptly and project-specifically. This includes technical specifications, installation drawings, data sheets, tender texts, and documents for electric actuators and automation solutions.

Service, Installation & Maintenance

Installation support and installation services
Our products are supplied with detailed installation instructions and project-specific installation drawings. If you have any questions during installation, you can usually reach a competent contact person directly. Upon request, we can also perform the installation ourselves.
Support for special installation situations
Especially for narrow shafts, special designs, or project-specific installation situations, we provide support for planning and implementation on site.
Technical documentation for operation and maintenance For installation, operation, and maintenance, we supply the necessary documents such as installation instructions, operating manuals, maintenance instructions, as well as project-specific documentation of the supplied system.
